Swim Programs
Cardio
In our cardio class, we offer water aerobics—a moderate pool workout utilizing water resistance to tone and sculpt the body.
Splash
Our splash class offers aqua exercise tailored for seniors. Senior Splash features enjoyable shallow water movements designed to enhance agility, flexibility, and endurance. Swimming ability is not required!
Open Swim
During open swim, you can exercise at your preferred pace or simply relax and enjoy leisure time in the pool.
